Three Happy Thoughts is a simple gratitude journal that invites you to take some time out of each day to reflect and write down your thoughts, feelings and experiences. This process of reflection helps us to pay more attention to the things in life we might otherwise take for granted and teaches us to focus on the good in each day.

Your time is precious so I have kept the journal design simple so it is easy to use. I suggest writing down your thoughts at the end of each day, they don't need to be elaborate just three simple sentences that will help you to end your day with a grateful heart and go to sleep happy. (It should take less than a minute!)
